Our Mission: To provide Prevention, Education, and non-clinical Coping mechanisms(P.E.C) using arts; to help children and families affected by incest and sexual abuse to manage trauma where they’re not harming themselves or others.

From the voice of a student

Art Gives Voice to the Unspeakable

Even when someone can talk about their trauma, words may not fully capture the depth of their experience. Art provides another language through images, journaling, sewing, movement, color, sound, or storytelling that can express complex emotions more freely and completely.

Boosting Confidence and Empowerment: The Art of Hair Styling

Haircuts and braids in the Coping Lounge are more than just a service; they are a tool of resilience, restoration, and relationship-building. In every twist, part, and clip, families are reminded: You are worthy of care. You are loved. You are safe.

We Are Community Changers!

Changing The Community One Family at A Time

Serving District 8 in 2025

Thank you to everyone who helped to make this year Holiday Tea and Trauma Release Party a success 🙌🏾

As we close out this year, I want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who supported, volunteered, partnered, donated, shared resources, prayed, showed up, or poured into No More Silence Foundation in any way.

Because of you, our Holiday Tea & Trauma Release was a beautiful success this year. It was a space filled with courage, healing, reflection, and love. Every moment reminded us that community care truly changes lives.

We provided over 100 coping art kits to every family that attend. Our coping art kits are carefully created healing tools designed to help children, teens, and families process trauma through art, creativity, and self-expression.

Each kit provides a safe, gentle way to release emotions that may be hard to put into words, especially for survivors of sexual violence, abuse, and other traumatic experiences.

As we prepare to take a pause in the upcoming year for strategic planning, this journey has taught us the power of collective impact, the importance of rest, and the necessity of moving forward with intention.

We are deeply grateful for every lesson, every connection, and every life touched along the way.

This is not the end. It’s a reset, a refocus, and a recommitment to doing the work with purpose and care.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in the mission, the healing, and the hope.
🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁🎄🎁
Happy Holidays everyone!!!
